My first jump was super awesome, way better than expected. Quinn was the best instructor. I wasn’t afraid which added to the whole awesome experience. Then I had my super awesome wipe out landing that has me limping around with a swollen ankle. But will I do it again? Hell yes.

What a LONG week!

Friday we went out for drinks with Brad&Alison, Saturday I helped my brother move. Today the rain sabotaged our snorkeling plans. I’m doing my mandatory 3 hours of class for notary certification. Then I’m going to start marrying people. haha.

What a week

Sooo, not many updates lately. Not much has been going on, except I’m going in for a second interview at the same firm. It’s really nerve wrecking because this time the interview will be with the attorney’s wife! The job pays well and its in a small town so it would be nice not have to drive to Tampa with its horrible traffic.

On other news were looking for a place, either a house, condo, or apartment, we’re not picky. It has to be near I-4 or I-75 so Kevin can get to his job without a problem. Josue is also moving out in a week, so we MAY go this weekend to look for places all together and see if we find something that we’re all happy with. No guarantees, but if we move in together we will all be able to save up tons of ca$h for a vacation in December. Wooot!

Hey Jen, if you’d like to come with us to Panama in December-January you’re welcome to, once we get there we will do things cheap and go somewhere nice. No idea where though, but I like Bocas del Toro, google it for pictures ;)

Oh, so I’m running again. I started taking Omega-3 and now my joint pain is poof, gone. I’m running 5k now, I’m going to try to train for 10k. OH! How could I forget, I did yoga yesterday as well as ZUMBA. Zumba is fucking awesome, we have a great instructor at LA Fitness. We’re going to go religiously Tuesdays and Thursdays until I get a job and move to Tampa. Haha.

PLUS! My mom knows this Panamanian kid who is totally ripped. He’s giving us a free personal training session today at 6pm. So, interview, food, then training and 5k run. I’m totally pumped!

Ahhhhh…

I just spent like 2 hours on a test. 1 hour on 3 damn questions! Tricky little bastards! They thought they could trick me by making it sound like NY is in the first Federal Circuit of Appeals but noooo, it’s in the second! Bastards! I googled it, bitch!

Seriously relieved that test is over. Had to have been the hardest one yet, just because of tricky double negatives and small technicalities.

Oh but I got 100%…. wooo!

Now I need to test out of this stupid computer class.. in a jiffy!

Break!

I’m taking a break from studying. I’m two tests away from finishing the semester and taking my finals… totally burnt out. I think I’ve only absorbed about 40% of the material for reals. Which is also kind of scary because the finals are all essays! FUCK! Plus I’m expecting them to be scenarios in which I have to apply the law.

So I’m reading and making study guides, like the good ol’ days in high school. I NEVER got less than an A when I did a study guide. So the magic should still work right? That’s what I’m rooting for, I’m making it so extensive I’ll be able to teach the class by the time I’m ready for the exam.

In other news, it looks like we’re staying until Saturday morning. Woooo!! Today I said goodbye to my new friend Miriam, the cleaning lady. She’s so sweet. I’m leaving her a bad ass review in hopes she gets a bonus.

Yesterday we went to Jungle Island and I saw the biggest motherfucking cat in the world. Literally. A 900 lb. Liger. Yeah, ligers are REAL. Mother is a lion, father is a tiger. Plus I got to “pet” a condor for good luck, and I learned that they have an extra set of eyelids in case blood splashes back at ‘em when they’re eating a corpse! Exciting!

I was seriously about to steal me a penguin though. Too fucking cute.

Ok, back to studying. I’m going to take a test today and then write a case brief so I can say I know how to do one. Trademark Infringement Act and Trademark Dilution Act! The most non-exciting things EVER.

Sooo…

Last night was ugly. Kevin and I fought most of the night, and made up about 30 minutes before he had to be at work. All better now.

Soooo…

Isak is planning to come visit from Ft. Meyers and we’re all going to the beach this weekend. WHAT WHAT! I need to get my tan on now, cause I’m still pasty white from winter. So I have to bake from 11-2.. hottest hours of the day supposedly.

Can’t wait until its Friday, Friday, Friday.

My new temporary office. Hehe. Just finished applying to a few jobs, screwed around on the internets, now its time for business!
I woke up this morning with horrible pain on my left shoulder. Ouch. Excruciating! I’m poking it with a little massager thingy but I think I’m just making it worse. Plus I’m buzzing on coffee so I can’t sit still. Might have to go to the gym in a little bit to run off some energy.

We went to a really amazing Cantonese restaurant yesterday. EVERYONE in there was asian, so they sat us at the only table that had forks/spoons/knives. I ordered a chinese vegetable dish with garlic. I got back a big ass plate of this green vegetable I’ve never seen in my life. I thought I was going to get mixed vegetables… anyways. I ate some of it and I still can’t figure out what I ate. IT was good, tasted like brocolli. Looked like celery stems with spinach looking leaves. I better google it.

Anyways, I checked my bank statement and it looks like the drive to FL cost me $150.49 not bad considering I was driving 85 mph and had TONs of weight on my car. That’s a good thing cause I’m going to have to stretch my money until I get a job.

I got a call for a job in Orlando but lady was a total bitch on the phone so I’m not goin to bother with that one.
